Community and Client Engagement Coordinator

Primary Care Staffing Inc.,  a healthcare staffing organization dedicated to supporting seniors in retirement homes, their residential homes and personal care facilities. Their mission is to deliver exceptional service while building lasting relationships with clients and communities.


They are seeking a dynamic, outgoing individual to join the team, focusing on marketing and sales, with occasional responsibilities providing care coverage when staffing gaps arise.


Location: Winnipeg, MB
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Key Responsibilities


Marketing & Sales:

  • Promote the company’s services and programs to prospective clients, partner organizations, and the community
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
  • Lead outreach campaigns, both in-person and online, to grow brand awareness and generate leads
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and community stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase sales
  • Other duties assigned


Care Support (as needed):

  • Fill in for care staff in scheduled shifts when coverage gaps occur
  • Provide compassionate support to clients following care plans and organizational protocols


Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Outgoing, personable, and confident in engaging with clients and the community
  • Marketing and/or sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable representing the company in professional settings and public presentations
  • Flexible and environment combining client engagement, marketing, and community outreach
  • Holding a class 5F driver's licence will be an added advantage.

Healthcare Aides & Support Workers

Healthcare Aides (Certified)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Support clients with mobility, hygiene, grooming, dressing, and feeding
  • Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behaviour
  • Assist with medication reminders as directed
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
  • Build positive relationships with clients, families,  and healthcare teams

Requirements

  1. Healthcare Aide certification or equivalent recognized healthcare training
  2. Experience working with older adults or vulnerable individuals preferred
  3. Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Valid Class 5F Driver’s License
  6. Must own a reliable vehicle for transportation
  7. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or  weekends if required


Support Workers

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily routines and community support
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Help maintain a clean and organized living environment
  • Support independence and dignity for clients
  • Accompany clients to appointments or activities when needed

Requirements

  • Previous care-giving or support work experience is an asset
  • Genuine compassion and respect for older adults
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable, responsible, and professional attitude
  • Valid Class 5F Driver’s License
  • Must own a reliable vehicle
