How Our Job Seeker Process Works

 To get started with Lomean Inc., job seekers are only required to submit their first name, a valid and regularly monitored email address, the roles they are interested in, and their preferred type of employment (temporary, full-time, part-time, casual, or contract).  

This information will be securely saved in our database. When an employment opportunity becomes available that aligns with your interests and availability, one of our staffing advisors will contact you directly. At that stage, you will be asked to submit a detailed resume and will be guided through an eligibility review to determine your suitability for the role. 

 To ensure you receive our communications, we recommend that you save our email address to your contacts and regularly check your spam or junk folder, as important updates may otherwise be filtered by your email provider. 

 Submitting your information does not guarantee placement; however, it allows us to proactively match you with opportunities as they arise.
